Reservation Policy

  Deposit of $100.00 p.p. unless deposit is given on the day of reservation by credit card A check must be given 4-weeks prior to arrival date.

Rules and Regulations

  Any cancellation must be 4 weeks prior to arrival date. Cancellation within 4 weeks of arrival will be charged in full. Any deposit made on a trip to Hanah will be forfeited if cancellation is within four week of arrival date. Full payment must be made upon check-in.

  There are no refunds after check-in for any reason e.g. sickness, family or business emergency or any weather conditions.

  All specials are to be paid by cash or check.

  Rain check issued only unless golf course is officialy closed due to inclement weather by golf course superintendent

 vCheck in time is 3:00 pm. Check out time is 12:00 noon.

  Telephone calls are payable upon check out.

 A late check out will automatically be charged to your credit card as an extra half-day.

 A small deposit will be taken for extra pillows, blankets and towels.

  The hotel will not be responsible for guests’ personal property lost, left on the golf course or left
    in the room upon check out.

  A small safe has been installed in your room for your convenience.

  The Hanah golf course will close only due to inclement, unplayable weather by golf course superintendent. No ran check will be given if 9 holes are played.

  The golf course is not to be walked. Golf carts must be used.

  Golf carts may only be used for golfing.

  No children are allowed on the golf course.

  Golfers must check-in with the pro shop before replaying.

  Cart keys must be returned to the pro shop.A $5.00 deposit on the cart key is required each day and will be returned when key is returned

  No outside beverages or food are allowed in the main lodge or on the golf course.

  Reservations must be made for dinner.

  No pets are allowed in the Upper Lodge.

  No smoking is allowed in the Upper Lodge.

  There are no life guards at the Hanah pool. Therefore, it should not be used by unaccompanied children or inexperienced or non-swimmers.

  Please bring your beach towels from home for use at the Hanah pool.

 Liability and Damage

  The client will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the buildings, equipment, decorations or fixtures belonging to the hotel, during the client’s stay or function at Hanah, due to the activities of the client, his guests or an independent contractor hired by the client. The client agrees to be responsible for any damage done to the premises during the period of time that it is under his control or the control of any independent contractor hired by the client. Any property damage will be billed to the client at the replacement cost.
